2018 Pennsylvania Sport Business Research Award
Courtney Chinworth, a senior Sport Management major, has been awarded the Student Research Award at the 2018 PA Sport Business Conference. Since 2016, Courtney has conducted five different marketing research projects under the guidance of Dr. Yongjae Kim. She presented her research findings at regional, state, and national conferences. Her work has been recognized at the annual meetings with practitioners in the sport industry.
Through my KUSBI experience, I was able to not only develop strong critical thinking skills of asking the right business questions, but was also challenged to build superior writing skills. I had the opportunity to develop multiple abstracts and present at various regional conferences during my time at KUSBI, all of which enabled me to differentiate myself in the job market, as well as helped me develop strong leadership and team player skills.Arjun Arora '15
