Thursday, April 9
- Student Showcase (4-7 p.m.)
- Various locations, North Campus
- Registration is not required. Refreshments will be served.

The Student Showcase will feature highlights from various departments and programs across each of the four colleges: College of Business, College of Education, College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, College of Visual and Performing Arts, and various student clubs and organizations. This event is free and open to our entire Kutztown University community and the Borough of Kutztown. Participants are encouraged to spend the evening on campus, moving between the Wells-Rapp Center for Mallet Percussion Research, Boehm Science Building, Sharadin Art Building, McFarland Student Union and Planetarium to view the many works on display, listen to music and enjoy light refreshments along the way. Program and department highlights will include (but are not limited to) research poster presentations, art works, musical ensembles and performances, student creative work including art, film and writing, along with other academic work by our undergraduate students. Student clubs and organizations will also offer a range of dance and creative programming for participants to enjoy.
Friday, April 10
- Inaugural Brunch (11 a.m.) - by invitation

- Installation Ceremony (2 p.m.) - by invitation/ticketed
- Schaeffer Auditorium
- Information on tickets (faculty/staff) and inaugural procession (faculty) will be sent via K.U. email.
- The ceremony will be livestreamed for those not able to attend in person. There will also be an overflow viewing area established in 183 MSU.
- All-Campus Celebration (3:30 p.m. approx.)
- Schaeffer Lawn
- Registration is not required. Refreshments will be served.
