Welcome to the webpage for Kutztown University's division of Equity and Compliance, which is comprised of Human Resources, the Office of Social Equity, the Disability Services Office, and the Department of Public Safety and Police Services. The overarching goal of these offices is to provide an inclusive, welcoming, and safe campus for students, employees, and guests of the university.
The Division of Equity and Compliance aims to provide our students, faculty, and staff a campus environment free of discrimination, harassment or any form of unjust treatment, while being in compliance with federal and state laws, as well as university policies.
