Vice President for Equity, Compliance & Liaison for Legal Affairs
Peña was named vice president for Equity, Compliance and Liaison for Legal Affairs, effective July 6, 2019.
Peña began his tenure at Kutztown University on July 12, 2004. Prior to his appointment as vice president, Peña served as director of Social Equity, associate vice president, and deputy to the president for Compliance, Equity, and Legal Affairs.
Peña oversees Human Resources, the Office of Social Equity, the Disability Services Office, and the Department of Public Safety and Police Services.
Peña holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University and a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law. He has been admitted to the practice of law in New Jersey, Florida, the District of Columbia, and Pennsylvania.
