Clinical Services

In response to COVID-19, Clinical Services has made some changes to our plan of care.

The hours of operation are 8:30 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday.

Effective immediately, all students requesting services will need to call for an appointment. There will be no walk-in appointments this semester.

As students enter Clinical Services at their designated appointment time, a staff member will perform a COVID-19 symptom check as well as a temperature check. Students will be required to wear a mask.

Students who are experiencing COVID-19 like symptoms may be offered a telehealth appointment with a KU medical provider instead of a face to face encounter. Students with symptoms will be tested for COVID-19 via a nasal swab.

If a student is tested for COVID-19, students will be required to isolate until the test results are back. Further instructions will be given at that time.

We are happy to have our students back on campus! Stay safe and remember to follow health and safety guidelines to prevent the spread of disease.
