Entrepreneurship

Bachelor of Science

Entrepreneurship studies prepare a student to become an entrepreneurial thinker. Entrepreneurially thinking encompasses more than just the skills for running a business; it is a mindset that encourages thinking creatively, embracing challenges and opportunities, and taking risks – skills needed to launch your own business or propose innovative initiatives within existing organizations.

Career Opportunities

Entrepreneurship graduates are employed both in their own new ventures and in a variety of exciting professions across diverse industries. Career prospects for graduates in entrepreneurship include business manager/administrator, business or financial consultant, research developer, management analyst, franchise owner, and project manager.

Minor

The Entrepreneurship minor is for those students who aspire to gain practical experience and entrepreneurial knowledge within their respective field of study, so that they are well-equipped to establish their own business. Open to ALL Kutztown University students.

    • BSBA (Core)
      • Communication
        a. Oral Communication: communicate effectively by speaking clearly, concisely, and convincingly, using appropriate business conventions for the field of study.
