Getting Answers: Newly Admitted Students

If you are a newly admitted student and have a question for Kutztown University, here's who you should ask.

  • Scheduling Question

    First Contact Point: Faculty Orientation Advisor

    Second Contact Point (after one full business day): Major Department Chairperson

    Third Contact Point (after two full business days): Student Success Navigator

    Note: Once you have been assigned an Academic Advisor in your major, that individual becomes the first contact point for program or scheduling questions. Your Academic Advisor will be listed in the Starfish portal and on your MyKU dashboard.

  • Major Program Question

    First Contact Point: Major Department Chairperson
