Graduate Certificate

Today’s business leaders must be able to inspire, motivate, build teams and foster long-term success. Now, more than ever, the ability to make informed decisions, manage a team and communicate clearly is in high demand.

With the goal of empowering students to be confident business leaders, Kutztown University’s Leadership Graduate Certificate teaches students how to problem solve, think critically and communicate effectively within an organization and among co-workers.

This graduate certificate is a 12-credit program for students who want to further their leadership careers without a full commitment to an MBA program. However, the concepts taught are MBA-level skills, and these credits can be used toward the full 30-credit Master of Business Administration if you choose to continue your studies.
