Golden Bear Field Hockey, Football Advance in the Post-Season
The K.U. Football Team won its third-straight PSAC Championship and will host a first-round NCAA game Saturday, while the K.U. Field Hockey Team punched its ticket to the NCAA Final Four this weekend.

New Department of Society, History, and Culture - Faculty from the departments of anthropology-sociology, geography, history and modern languages will comprise this new department beginning in January. They will remain in current offices this spring. Major and minor programs are not affected by this change.

Cole Hausman Remembrance - 4 p.m., Alumni Plaza. Friends and family of Cole Hausman invite you to join them to remember Cole. A new student who joined the K.U. family in Fall 2025, Cole was involved in a fatal car accident Aug. 24. A brick will be placed in the plaza to remember Cole, and friends gathered will share memories and light a candle in his honor.
