Inauguration of President Philip Cavalier

The inauguration of Kutztown University's 13th president, Dr. Philip Cavalier, will take place on Friday at 2 p.m. in Schaeffer Auditorium. Start the celebration at the Student Showcase Thursday from 4-7 p.m. on North Campus.

Thinking About Grad School? Workshop - 2 p.m., Academic Forum 200. Heading to graduate school in the future? Learn how to ask the important questions and choose the right program for you & your future career!

Student Showcase - 4-7 p.m., North Campus locations. Highlights from various departments and programs across each of the five colleges. Events are open to the public and free to attend.

Baseball vs. Shepherd - 1 p.m., 3:30 p.m., North Campus Baseball Field.

President Cavalier Installation Ceremony - 2 p.m., Schaeffer Auditorium. Attend the Inauguration of K.U.'s 13th President, Philip Cavalier. Tickets are still available (at no cost). Live webcast will also be available.

Inauguration Campus Celebration - 3:30 p.m. Schaeffer Lawn. Food and refreshments will be served. The celebration is free to attend.

Men's and Women's Tennis vs. Edinboro - 3 p.m., Keystone Courts. 

Poetry Reading and Open Mic - 7 p.m., Firefly Bookstore (on Main St). Join Essence Magazine at Firefly Bookstore for a poetry reading and open mic! Bring your own art and poetry to show off to your friends and neighbors!

Cars at KU - Presented by the KU Car Club - 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Lot F6 (behind Andre Reed Stadium). Join the KU Car Club for a relaxed, come‑and‑go car meet inspired by the classic Cars and Coffee vibe.

Animated Arts Senior Exhibition Opening Ceremony - 2 p.m., Miller Gallery (in Sharadin). Stop by and experience the art of our senior class! This exhibit will be open until April 19.
