Meeting Dates & Deadlines

Effective Date Deadlines:

October 1 is the administrative deadline for proposals to be effective for the Winter Session and the Spring Semester. Proposals must appear on the September agenda to meet this deadline, which means a proposal must be uploaded to the UCC Share-point site by noon on Sept. 11, 2025.
March 1 will be the administrative deadline for proposals to be effective for the Summer sessions and the Fall Semester. Proposals must appear on the February agenda to meet this deadline, which means a proposal must be uploaded to the UCC Sharepoint site by noon on Feb. 12, 2026.
The Chair of UCC reserves the right to grant exceptions to these deadlines in unique circumstances.

UCC Proposal Deadlines and Meeting Dates for the 2025-26 Academic Year

All meetings are scheduled at 11:00 am.
