Operations: 2022

Hours: The McFarland Student Union will be open Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. - 10 p.m., Saturday-Sunday, 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.

Computers: There is a computer lab in room 294.

Lounges: Seating in the building is being adjusted to allow for social distancing and risk reduction for COVID-19 transmission.

Hand Sanitizer Stations: Dispensers are placed throughout the MSU and the custodial staff will place sanitizer in each of them.

Information Desk Services: Handouts will be available on an as-needed basis. Electronic resources will be provided in as many cases as possible. 

Room Set Up for Reserved Spaces: Web conference and presentation technology, including computers and displays, are now installed in all conference rooms allowing for self-service. The McFarland Student Union staff remains available for assistance at any time. Any physical space setup will continue to be accommodated through the MSU Operations office in 274 MSU. Zoom meetings, email, and phone are the methods that will be used to gather information for room setups.

Sales and Solicitation Tables: As per the reopening plan, solicitation tables will not be available until further notice.

Hallway Tables and Free-Standing Displays: Hallway tables and free-standing displays that are mobile should be removed from hallways to allow for as much distance as possible for passing. All handouts will be held within an office and handed to a customer by a staff member as needed. Hallway tables and free-standing displays will be relocated this week as the building reopens.
