Kutztown University offers a robust selection of undergraduate and graduate Library Science programs to meet the career goals of any aspiring librarian.

Undergraduate ProgramS

We offer undergraduate Library Science programs for those who want to work in public schools or in alternate settings. Ours is the only accredited four-year B.S.Ed. program of its kind in PA for K-12 Library Media Specialist Certification, which allows the graduate to manage and teach in a school library media program upon completion. 

  • B.S.Ed. Library Science: K-12 Library Media Specialist Certification
  • B.S. Library Science (non-certification)
  • Minor in Library Science
