Leadership Development

The Ujima Conference is held in the Spring. Featuring a keynote speaker and various workshops facilitated by current student leaders, MCC student workers and/or Kutztown alumni. This conference gives students opportunities to research areas of interest and enhance presentation skills. It is open to all Kutztown University students and students invited from other System Schools and surrounding universities and colleges. The next Ujima Conference is February 2024, keep an eye out for more details soon. For more information on this conference, please contact the Multicultural Center.

Upon request and depending on available funds, the Center will also sponsor or co-sponsor students or student organization representatives to attend off-campus conferences and activities.
