University College

"Today, I am announcing the creation of a University College.  This college will be led by Dr. Karen Rauch, as dean.  Her new title will be Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean of the University College. 

The new college will include General Education (COMPASS); special academic programs including Honors, TRIO, and Upward Bound; the Department of Academic Advising and Student Development (which is the academic home of the General Studies program); the Office of Student Success and Academic Excellence; the Center for Engaged Learning; and the Writing Center. 

Dr. Rauch will retain responsibility for oversight of academic program assessment and MSCHE coordination."
