Sallie Redekop Scholarship

The Sallie Redekop Scholarship was established to provide recognition and financial support to outstanding graduate students enrolled in the Addiction Counseling, Clinical Mental Health, Marriage, Couple and Family, and School Counseling programs at Kutztown University. Recipients of this scholarship shall be based on the recommendation of the counseling faculty of the Department of Counselor Education and Student Affairs. The counseling faculty of the Department of Counselor Education and Student Affairs actively identify students with diverse backgrounds and experiences so that the scholarship recipients reflect the diversity, equity, and inclusion goals of the department and to reflect the strong commitment that the Redekop Family Endowment has to social justice.

“I've walked through beautiful forests and explored cities. I've listened to good music and read great books. I've seen people make beautiful art and share it with others. I've been to animal sanctuaries that protect and care for animals. I've danced at the beach under the stars with friends.” --Sallie Redekop
