anime club
The KUAC meets to view and share Japanese animation in order to explore Japan's entertainment industry and culture. We also go on club-related field trips and hold anime movie nights throughout each semester. In recent years we have attended the Katsucon Convention in Maryland! We welcome all kinds of fans to join us!
k-pop dance club
K-Pop Club & Shooting Stars Dance Team are part of a club that brings people together through music and culture. We offer opportunities to make friends a learn a bit more about K-culture as well as learn some incredible dances! We are an inclusive and friendly group of people who are always looking to meet new people and find new friends!
Our club meetings occur in Old Main 25 on Monday nights from 6:30-8:30 pm and are free to join for all. If club time is moved back or the location has changed, keep an eye out for any announcements through Engage, Discord, or Outlook.
For the Shooting Stars, our Practices are held in the Recreational Center in both North and South Studios on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Auditions are required in order for us to gauge your experience, but don't fret, everyone is welcome and accepted onto the team! Audition date, location, and time will be posted on Engage, so if you're interested, keep an eye out!
