KU Office of Social Equity
The KU Office of Social Equity monitors the university's compliance with Affirmative Action and Equal Employment/Education Opportunity laws and regulations. Provide training on various policies including, but not limited to, anti-discrimination, anti-harassment, and sexual harassment. This offers our workforce and students certain protections and rights, as well as equal access to all our university has to offer.
College Resource Network
The College Resource Network is an excellent resource for members of the LGBT community who are looking for help n their higher education: scholarships, strong LGBTQ communities, gender-neutral housing, etc.
The Campus Pride organization rates the LGBT communities and efforts of universities around the country based on factors, such as policy inclusion, student and academic life, and campus safety. To view KU's rating, click here.
OUT for Work
OUT for Work brings the LGBTQ community an annual conference and other events, offering education and skills to students in order to prepare them for the professional world as a member of the LGBTQ community.
