Living on campus for the first time in Fall 2026? We encouage you to participate in our virtual Q&A sessions!

Over the course of Summer 2026, we host 4 virtual information sessions (including live Q&A) on various topics to help answer your questions about room selection, meal plans, move-in day, setting up your room, and more! Welcome home, Golden Bear!

SUMMER SERIES SCHEDULE

Room Selection: Our Associate Director will answer your questions about housing options, the selection timeline and process, give tips and tricks to have a smooth selection process, and answer the most common questions that come up throughout the summer.

Meal Plans & Dining: Our Assistant Director will give an overview of our dining facilities, meal plan options and pricing, and explain dining terminology such as Flex, Bear Bucks, FAB, and more. If you have questions about food on campus, don’t miss this one!

Setting Up For Success: Wondering what to bring to set up your room? Wondering what NOT to bring? Wondering what kind of staff support you’ll have? A seasoned campus professional and a former resident student will share their best tips about how to safely set up your space, and how to thrive in your hall throughout the year.

Welcome Home, Golden Bear! Move-In & Welcome Week: Your first days on campus are exciting, informative, and incredibly memorable. We know it can also be overwhelming, though, and we are here to help. Knowledge is power! We will tell you what to expect on move-in day, answer any questions about logistics, and review what Welcome Week will look like.
