The online application will take you about 10 minutes to complete.
A completed form, which includes the Request for Consulting, a Client Needs Assessment Survey and the Client Rights & Responsibilities Form, is required for pre-venture, early stage and existing businesses to receive NO COST one-on-one consulting. The form is required by the Small Business Administration and The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
The Kutztown University SBDC is part of the Pennsylvania SBDC network and is unable to provide assistance to those outside of Pennsylvania. You can find the contact information for your local SBDC through this link: America's SBDC.
Our SBDC Business Consultants come from a variety of industries and have attained professional degrees and years of practical business experience. They will provide the expertise and insight to help your business flourish. You can meet with a consultant one-on-one or in small groups to address specific concerns, such as:

- Conducting market research
- Identifying funding sources
