Our commitment to our students is to answer your questions and inquiries accurately, or guide you to the proper area that may be able to do so. This may require additional information, release forms (highly regulated industry), investigation or time. Therefore, we may take your name and number and return your call once we've researched the necessary information.

We also encourage you to view the pages on our website - we created this website based on questions we have been asked and find that most often your question has been asked before. Take a look. If you can't find your answer - email us.

More Hours Monday

The Student Accounts Office is here for you if our regular hours conflict with your work or other obligations. In addition to answering queries by email, phone, or via chat during our regular hours, we offer extended virtual office hours on Mondays until 7:30 p.m.

During our extended hours, you can contact us via chat by using the chat function here (click the “connect with a live agent” link to be placed in queue for direct assistance), or reach us by phone at (610) 683-4133. You are always welcome to reach out by email and we will respond as soon as possible.
