KU Visitor Parking
All visitors are welcome to park their vehicle on campus by either 1. registering online at the link below, or 2. displaying a yellow, multi-day visitor's hangtag.
1. Register for your 3-day visitor pass online using the link below (This link is for visitors only, NOT students, staff, or faculty members.)
KU Business Services - Kutztown University Guest Online Parking Portal
If this is your first time using the Visitor Online Parking portal, create an account, complete all the required information, and upload your driver's license and a copy of your valid registration. Visitors may secure one 3-day visitor online parking pass every 7 days. You will have the option to print the pass and place it on your dashboard. You may secure your online visitor pass before coming to campus and print the permit at home or on campus in the computer lab next to Public Safety. Access to the KU computer lab requires a KU student. Printing the visitor pass is not required, but is strongly recommended.
Please Note: This is a soft rollout of the Online Visitor Pass. If you are experiencing challenges, please come to 107 Academic Forum so we can troubleshoot or provide you with a yellow multiday hangtag. Thank you in advance for your patience.
2. Obtain a visitor hangtag for a visit longer than 3 days
If you plan to visit campus for longer than 3 days in a 7-day period, you will be required to register your vehicle with KU Business Services (107 Academic Forum, M-F, 8 AM - 4:30 PM) by presenting the vehicle's valid registration and your driver's license. Once the information is entered into our parking management system, the visitor will be issued a yellow multi-day hangtag for their length of stay on campus for no longer than 7 days.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Visitors may park in white, yellow, or green-lined spaces, following the guidelines below:
- All C, F3, D4, B4, and B5 lots are enforced 24/7/365 - visitors MUST register online or obtain a hangtag to park in these lots at any time.
- C lots (student resident parking lots are heavily occupied) - visitors MUST register online or obtain a hangtag to park in these lots at any time.
- All other lots on campus are enforced 7:00 AM-4:30 PM Monday - Friday. Visitors must obtain an online visitor pass or parking hangtag if parking inside these hours. After hours, a visitor parking pass or hangtag is not needed in these lots. Please refer to the large parking signage at the entrance of each lot if in doubt about the parking requirement.

- Visitors are NOT permitted to park in any handicap space without a state-issued handicap parking placard or license plate.
If you visit campus outside routine business hours (8 AM-4:30 PM, Monday-Friday or on the weekend) and plan to park on campus but experience an emergency, please visit Public Safety's Communication Center in the back of Old Main.
