Kutztown University’s Instructional Technology Specialist Certification is designed for educators who want to expand their impact beyond a single classroom. This 24-credit program prepares candidates to support technology integration, digital learning, instructional design, teacher training, online and hybrid learning, accessibility, and technology planning in PK-12 schools.
Program coursework is stackable with our M.Ed. in Instructional Technology, allowing candidates to work towards a master’s degree and specialist certification at the same time.
