Can more than copy (or key) of software be obtained?
The e-academy License Management System (ELMS) for Imagine is configured by Microsoft to provide a limited number of copies of each software product to each user. Usually that’s a single copy for a single computer but for some programs the license allows for two or more copies to be installed on two or more PCs. Requests for additional copies over and above what Microsoft has set as the limit cannot be approved.

How can I install software on my off-campus computer?
If you want to install on you own machine off-campus, you may want to check the size of the download first. If it is large, you may want to download it overnight or from an on-campus computer. If do not have high-speed internet, it is best not to download using that connection. If you choose to download from an on-campus computer, save it to a high-capacity flash drive.  Alternatively, you can bring a blank writable CD into the lab, download locally & immediately write to your disk (keep in mind that files saved to the local hard drive of lab computers will be erased when the computer is rebooted). For most of this software, you will need to keep track of your license number as well.
