Application & Scholarships
Welcome!
We are delighted you are interested in applying for admission to a program in the College of Visual and Performing Arts. Depending on your intended major, your application may require 1 or 2 steps. Find a list of all VPA majors, minors, and certificates here.
STEP 1:
Submit your application and transcripts to KU through the KU Admissions website, or the Common App.
STEP 2:
Art & Design and Art Education applicants please complete a portfolio. Music applicants please schedule an audition.
ART & DESIGN AND ART EDUCATION APPLICANTS
Students interested in pursuing a career in Animated Arts, Art Education, Communication Design, or Studio Art portfolios are reviewed online through SlideRoom.

MUSIC APPLICANTS
Music Students should contact the Music Department for auditions, music@kutztown.edu or 610-683-4550. Follow the link for more information about music auditions.
The following VPA majors do NOT require a portfolio review or audition for admission: Art History; Cinema, Television
