Photography and Multimedia Services
The Office of Marketing and Communications will consider photo and video coverage for events and initiatives that directly support the university’s marketing goals. Requests are prioritized based on strategic value and staff availability.
The university employs a team of student photographers who assist with event coverage. If your request is approved, please note that a student photographer may be assigned in place of the university photographer, depending on availability and scope of the project. If coverage is not possible, we can recommend a freelance photographer.
Requesting Coverage
To request photo or video coverage, please complete the photography request form at least 10 business days before your event. Submitting a form does not guarantee coverage. If we are unable to cover an event, someone will contact you.
Photo Inventory and Archives
The university photographer maintains an inventory of digital images for campus use. To request access to Kutztown University's library of previous photography, contact Leanne Recla, director of marketing.
Technical Specs/Requirements:
- Printed materials: 300 dpi (high resolution)
- Web/digital image requirements: 72 dpi
Custom Zoom Backgrounds
To change your background you must be in the desktop App, not a web browser. Download the desktop App here. Then follow these next steps.
- Download your background of choice from the list below.
- Sign in to Zoom desktop client.
- Click Settings.
- Click Virtual Background.
- Upload your choice of background.
- Click on an image to select the desired virtual background or add your own image by clicking +Add Image.
- To disable Virtual Background, choose the option None.
