The Information Technology Help Center provides services to accommodate faculty, staff and students in order to support Kutztown University’s campus wide technologies.

ResNet is a collaborative service provided by the Office of Information Technology, Housing and Dining Services and Residence Life to provide Internet access and technology support for all resident students.

At Kutztown University, we provide Wi-Fi to the entire campus. Our goal is to provide a reliable and secure Wi-Fi network connection.
As part of the Middle States program review, the Kutztown University Information Technology department underwent a review by an independent external agency. The review was conducted over the spring and summer of 2017. The final report was delivered in early November with the final presentation taking place on November 15th.
