Summer/Winter hours:

The Information Technology Office is here for you if our regular hours conflict with your work or other obligations. In addition to answering queries by email, phone, or via chat during our regular hours, we offer extended in-person and virtual office hours on Mondays until 7:30 p.m.
During our extended hours, you can drop by our office at 204 Academic Forum, contact us via chat by using the chat function here (click the “connect with a live agent” link to be placed in queue for direct assistance), reach us by phone at 610-683-1511, or set up a time to speak via Teams by emailing us.
