Alumni Email Accounts at Kutztown University

As an graduate of Kutztown University, you are eligible to retain a KU email account after graduation, as long as university licensing permits. Your email address will transition from @live.kutztown.edu to @alumni.kutztown.edu, and you will be notified when this change takes place, typically four months after graduation.

Alumni Email Account Details:

• Format: username@alumni.kutztown.edu
• Provides email service only (no access to Office 365 or other KU systems)
• Requires multi-factor authentication (MFA) for access
• Subject to Pennsylvania's Right to Know Law
• Must comply with all university policies, including KU's Acceptable Use Policy
• Must be accessed at least once every 180 days to remain active; inactive accounts may be disabled and deleted

Important Note:
Using your KU alumni email to claim student discounts is not permitted. Vendors verify current enrollment status through the National Student Clearinghouse - not email domains.
