Students may obtain the Permission to Participate in the Commencement Ceremony form in the Office of the Registrar. Students who are granted approval may purchase graduate regalia, cross the stage and have their name announced. However, their name will not appear in the Commencement Program. Grad Fest

Each semester, Kutztown University Student Services, Inc. (KUSSI) sponsors a Graduation Festival for graduating seniors. The event takes place in the Multipurpose Room of the McFarland Student Union, and is a "one-stop-shop" for students to purchase their cap and gown, receive graduation tickets, order class rings and graduation announcements, and more. Many campus departments are present to help students with any of their graduation needs. The festival also includes giveaways and the chance to win great prizes!
