To request a transcript be sent, please see instructions here. 

Course Withdraw: 

If you would like to withdraw from a course please send an email to regoffice@kutztown.edu from your Kutztown email including the following:

• Your Name
• Student ID #
• Course Information
• A statement asking us to withdraw you from the class

 A confirmation will be sent to you once you have been withdrawn.

Forms: 

We are now able to process all forms via e-mail. Here is the link to our forms page. If a form is unavailable on our website, please e-mail regoffice@kutztown.edu with your name, ID#, and the form you wish to obtain. If you are a current student, all communication must be sent from your KU e-mail.
