Course Withdraw: 

If you would like to withdraw from a course please send an email to from your Kutztown email including the following:

  • Your Name
  • Student ID #
  • Course Information
  • A statement asking us to withdraw you from the class

If you are a Full-Time student (enrolled for 12 or more credits), and you are withdrawing from a 3 credit class, you will change your status to Part-Time (enrolled for 9 or fewer credits). Carefully consider the impacts to your fiancial aid, scholarships, grants, athletic status, etc.

A confirmation will be sent to you once you have been withdrawn.

We are now able to process all forms via e-mail. Here is the link to our forms page. If a form is unavailable on our website, please e-mail with your name, ID#, and the form you wish to obtain. If you are a current student, all communication must be sent from your KU e-mail.
