We understand the unique challenges of busy students and adult learners. That's why our program offers: 

  • Flexible scheduling – earn at your own pace. Courses for this certificate are offered asynchronously throughout the year. You can complete the program in 1 semester or take your time. 
  • Affordable tuition and fees – This is a 7-credit program (2 three-credit courses and a one-credit capstone). Kutztown University offers reduced cost per credit for lifelong learners and returning students.

As students complete the certificate, they will:

AY 2025-26 Course Offerings (7-week intervals) 

The following courses will be offered in 2025-2026. The certificate will be completed by taking two of the following classes and a capstone course. The courses can be completed in a single semester or can be spread over two semesters.

* The capstone course SOCI 300 will be offered each term
