International Payment Options

Kutztown University offers a few different ways for our international students to make payments.  You are not required to use one particular method - the choice is yours. 

MyKU

If you are going to use a US-based bank account or US credit card - navigate to MyKU > Student Accounts card > Payment Dashboard > Make Payment.te

Flywire

  • Flywire accepts payments for Kutztown University!

How to Pay with Flywire

  1. Go to "https://www.flywire.com/select-institution"
    1. Select or enter Kutztown University and proceed
    2. You will need to use and provide your 9-digit KU student ID number that starts with a P to ensure we post your payment to your account.

Payment Plan

Setting up payment plans is so easy on our Payment Dashboard!  This allows students to pay what they owe over a set period of time.  Your process to do so, depends on how you will be making the payment.

1. Paying with a US bank account or US credit card - simply follow this navigation to set up the plan and pay the down payment!  MyKU > Student Account card > Payment Dashboard > Payment Plans - select the plan and proceed.

2. Paying with Flywire - email us that you are interested in a payment plan.  We will create the plan for you and tell you the amount that must be paid immediately to complete the plan sign up. Navigate to Flywire and initiate the payment required.  Plans are not complete without the first payments and fee paid.

Foreign Credit Card in MyKU

You may use a foreign credit card right in MyKU using the normal payment process if you choose!  The processing fee, however, is 4.25 percent and remains non-refundable and retained by the credit card processor.  US-based credit cards are only assessed at 2.85 percent.  The difference in cost is for conversion and higher bank fees to our processing agent.
