Biographical Statement:
Dr. McCabe obtained his Ph.D. in Social Work from the College of Social Work at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, his MSW from the School of Social Administration at Temple University and his BSW from the Department of Social Work at Edinboro University. His practice experiences include child welfare and school social work. He has held previous academic appointments specializing in policy and research methods at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and New Mexico State University.
