Most university offices will be closed to the public Dec. 24-Jan. 2, and will reopen Tuesday, Jan. 3.

Rain before 11 a.m. then snow likely between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Temperature falling to around 12 by 5 p.m. Wind chill values as low as -8. Breezy, with a south wind 15 to 20 mph becoming west 20 to 25 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. Total daytime snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
