Candlelight Vigil

The LGBTQ+ Resource Center staff and community is heartbroken by the news of the tragic death of KU '22 alum, Ryan Padovani. Ryan worked for the center from fall 2019 until he graduated spring 2022. He was a kind and creative soul and was excited to be starting his career in professional writing. We will be holding a candlelight vigil in Ryan's memory 7-8:30 p.m. Thursday, May 11, Boxwood House backyard. Everyone is welcome.

The Animated Arts Senior Exhibition in Sharadin Opens This Week

The seniors in the animated arts program would like to welcome you to their senior exhibition open now through Saturday, May 13, in the Miller Gallery, located on the first floor of the Sharadin Arts Building. The gallery is open daily from noon to 4 p.m. This exhibition of sight and sound features the art and animation from the various concentrations in the program including visual storytelling, concept art, animation, 3D modeling and game development. We would love to see you there.

Student Success Workshops provide faculty and staff with presentations on topics relevant to college student success. Presentations include time management, test taking strategies, test anxiety and many more. Presentations are typically 40 minutes. Click here to request a fall 2023 presentation.
