Call for Proposals: Leadership Summit
Kutztown University will host a leadership conference titled "Navigate Your Leadership" for local high school students Thursday, Feb. 26. Students, staff and faculty are encouraged to submit an engaging workshop. Each session should last 45 minutes and fit into one of the five conference tracks:
- Finding Your North: Discovering your leadership direction (passions, strengths, purpose).
- Setting Your Course: Design the journey you want (goals, vision, planning).
- Building Your Crew: Understanding the importance of teamwork in leadership (teamwork, communication, empathy).
- Navigating the Unexpected: Not all paths are straightforward (resilience, problem solving, stress management).
- Expanding Your Horizons: See the impact that you can make (leadership in action, community influence).
This is a great opportunity to mentor student leaders who may benefit from presentation experience as well. Submit your proposal online by Monday, Jan. 26. Presenters will be notified by the week of Feb. 9. Email kuleadershipsummit@kutztown.edu with any questions.
