"Chamber Music with Friends" at KU

The KU Music Department, in collaboration with Friends of Chamber Music (FoCM), presented "Chamber Music with Friends" Saturday, Feb. 28. The event was organized by Professor Shari Gleason-Mayrhofer, executive director of FoCM, and Dr. Peter Isaacson, Kutztown University's Orchestra Director and Violin, by bringing together students from local schools for a day of musical mentorship. It was a beautiful day of collaboration as our KU professors and music students worked alongside the younger participants, assisting and performing with them in a true spirit of artistic community.
