KU in Japan for 2027
Professors Brenda Muzeta and Leslie Sotomayor recently joined the KU in Japan program at Kyorin University in an exploratory trip as they begin leadership of the program for Summer 2027. Dr. Muzeta and Dra. Sotomayor met with faculty and students in Tokyo and made preliminary plans for site visits and expanded learning opportunities. This work was supported by allocations from Dr. Sheperis and grant money from the College of Visual and Performing Arts. Please tell your advisees to apply for this program in Fall 2026.

Upcoming Nuventive Trainings
It's time to record last year's accomplishments in Nuventive and set goals for the upcoming academic year. The Office of Assessment has scheduled the following trainings via Zoom:
- For administrative units: 9 a.m. Wednesday, June 17, and 2 p.m. Monday, June 22.
- For academic departments and dean's offices: 10 a.m. Thursday, June 18, and 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 23.
Faculty and staff can access helpful tutorials anytime through the Office of Assessment's Sharepoint site.
