Video coverage of the Faculty and Staff Convocation and Celebration held Friday, Aug. 21, is now available online. The program celebrated our achievements as a university and shared our strategic opportunities ahead. KU awarded the John P. Schellenberg Award for Teaching and Learning, Chambliss Faculty Awards, Exceptional Service Awards, Employee of the Year, Coaches of the Year, and the Wiesenberger Faculty Award for Excellence in Teaching.

KU Email Signature
We are excited to share our accessible email signature for staff and faculty. This signature features the university’s official maroon color and is accessible for all audiences by removing gold and any logos. In this document, you will find instructions for Outlook on PC, Mac and the web app (OWA). We encourage the entire campus community to welcome and utilize this new signature to further advance our brand both on and off campus, and to align our efforts toward accessibility.

KU-Led Study Abroad Proposals for Summer 2027
Share your expertise with students while creating a meaningful international learning experience. Faculty interested in leading a KU-Led Study Abroad Program during Summer 2027 should submit their proposal through MyGlobalKU by Tuesday, Sept. 1. Instructions, template proposal forms and sample materials are available on the International Office's Faculty and Staff Resources webpage. Guidance is available to assist with your proposal.
