The Kutztown University Summer Music Festival returns June 28 to July 5. Talented students from around the world join forces for a one week fully immersive musical experience, working with the festival's renowned roster of devoted musicians and pedagogues.

Upcoming Fiscal Year 2025 Deadlines
Invoices – Services and goods provided/delivered prior to Monday, June 30 must be submitted to Accounts Payable as soon as possible, but no later than Thursday, July 10.
Receiving Merchandise – Merchandise delivered on or before Monday, June 30 must be received in SourcePoint by the requisitioner before the end of day Monday, June 30.
Direct Pay Requests – Payment requests for anything that occurred on or before Monday, June 30 must be sent to Accounts Payable no later than Thursday, July 10.
Travel Reimbursements – All travel expense reimbursement requests (through the Travel Management System) for travel that occurred June 1 through June 30 must be submitted no later than Thursday, July 10.
Purchasing Cards – Transactions that are fully posted on or before Monday, June 30 will utilize FY25 budget. All cardholder transactions posted through Monday, June 30 must be signed off with receipts uploaded by Monday, July 7. Managers should approve their team's transactions by Thursday, July 10.
