KU Ireland Studies Abroad Concludes
Last Saturday, June 28, 21 Golden Bears returned to the U.S. after spending a total of 30 days in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, U.K. This was an intense experiential learning program, where we lived in five very different communities on the island. As Mark Twain famously said, "Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry and narrow-mindedness." Drs. Lanter, Vogel and Johnson are extremely proud of these students for stepping up to the rigors of our program and being open to the broader world they live in. Keep travelling, KU Ireland '25.
