Final FY 2025 Direct Pay and Invoice Submission Deadline

As a reminder, any remaining Direct Pay Requests and invoices for goods and/or services delivered on or before Monday, June 30, must be submitted no later than close of business on Thursday, July 10. Direct Pay Requests can be initiated electronically through KU Forms and must be fully executed by the deadline. Invoices against existing PO’s can be sent to apinvoice@kutztown.edu. Please note that all invoices must be sent directly to KU’s Accounts Payable team to ensure timely processing of payment. Any questions may be directed to the Accounts Payable Office.

Did you know that outreach through Starfish helps students succeed, improving both academic performance and retention?

As Summer Session II begins, faculty are encouraged to continue supporting students by sending kudos, raising flags of concern and making referrals through Starfish. It’s quick and easy - simply select your course and choose the appropriate option.
