This free half-day professional development event brings together Berks County employers and higher education partners to share ideas and best practices for creating successful internship programs. Designed for employers of all sizes, this event is ideal for HR professionals, recruiters, managers, supervisors and internship coordinators who are looking to strengthen existing internship programs or explore how to get started. This is not a student recruiting event, but rather an opportunity for employers to learn, collaborate and exchange practical strategies for building meaningful internship experiences that benefit both students and organizations. Please share this opportunity with employers, business contacts and community partners who may benefit from attending.
