Passing of Miriam Carlance

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Miriam "Mim" Carlance, who passed away Wednesday, May 21. Mim was a graduate of Alvernia College and worked as a management technician in the Registrar's Office. Mim was a tremendous supporter of KU and will be deeply missed. The family will receive relatives and friends 6-8 p.m. Thursday, May 29, Bean Funeral Homes, 1605 Rockland Street, Reading, PA, and 9-10 a.m. Friday, May 30. A Prayer Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 30, Chapel of Resurrection at Gethsemane Cemetery, 3139 Kutztown Road, Reading, PA. Burial to follow. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to One By One Cat Rescue, P.O. Box 272, Temple, PA 19560 or online.

The Kutztown University Council of Trustees will meet Thursday, June 5, McFarland Student Union Building. Committee meetings will begin at 1:30 p.m.:
