Anne Reel Appointed Director of Administrative Services
Anne Reel has been appointed Director of Administrative Services, effective immediately. Reel has been serving in this role for the past three months on an interim basis and will continue to oversee Business Services and Mail Services, which includes ID cards, parking and vehicle registration, campus shuttle, Enterprise rental vehicles, mail services and other administrative support functions. She will be located in 107 Academic Forum. Please join us in congratulating Anne on her new position.

Farewell Devon Quinlan
The Office of the Registrar wishes Devon Quinlan, Assistant Registrar for Graduation, a fond farewell. We thank her for her dedicated work to the university and wish her all the best in her future endeavors. Devon's last day is too soon, Friday, July 10. The campus community is most welcome to stop by our office on Friday; however, messages of congratulations may also be sent to trout@kutztown.edu, who will forward them to Devon.

UGRC Faculty Mentorship Award Selection Committee
Inaugurated in 2021, the Undergraduate Research and Creativity (UGRC) Faculty Mentorship Award recognizes excellence in undergraduate research mentorship. UGRC is seeking additional faculty members to serve on the selection committee. The bulk of the work is done in the spring semester and duties include:
- Reviewing, assessing and ranking candidate applications after March 15
- Meeting to discuss applicants and successful candidates
- Attending a follow-up meeting later in the spring semester to evaluate procedures
If you are interested, please send an email to Lynn Kutch indicating your willingness to serve. The 2027 form is open for nominating a colleague or submitting an application for yourself. If you applied last year, your materials will automatically be rolled over for consideration in Spring 2027.

Kirkpatrick Selected to Academic All-America At-Large Second Team
Kutztown University field hockey student-athlete Olivia Kirkpatrick was named to the College Sports Communicators NCAA Division II Academic All-America Women's At-Large Second Team. Kirkpatrick has already reached senior status academically while pursuing a degree in psychology, but just completed her redshirt sophomore season on the field this past fall – her first with the Golden Bears. She had a 3.96 cumulative grade point average at the time of her nomination.
