KU Ireland Study Abroad Concludes

KU Study Abroad is reaching its successful conclusion with a visit to the famous Cliffs of Moher. Over the past 5 weeks, the program has stayed in Belfast, Dublin, Cork, Killarney and Galway, and visited many important natural and historical sites along the way. The students had the option to take a course in Irish literature by Dr. Vogel, psychology by Dr. Lanter or history by Dr. Johnson. As Mark Twain once said, "Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts." These Golden Bears will return home Sunday, June 28, with expanded horizons and better prepared to engage our world.

Updates to Policy Register Website

The Policy Register website has been updated, making it more accessible for all users. The following changes have been made:
1. Removal of PDF versions of policies, replaced by plain-text webpages.
2. Policies are now organized by category, instead of by division. (ACA-Academic, SAF-Campus Safety, EC-Equity and Compliance, FP-Facilities and Properties, FIN-Finance, GEN-General, HR-Human Resources, STU-Student, TEC-Technology)
3. Many policies have been re-numbered with the new categories and numbers.
So that links to old policies are not completely broken, a redirect is in place from old PDF policies that brings a user to the policy register homepage.
If you have any links to individual policies on websites, emails, documents or elsewhere, please update those links. Ingeniux users should use INTERNAL links from any Ingeniux webpages.
